The wedding is officially off for Luka Doncic after a shocking courtroom move, and now he is fighting for his daughters

As reported by TMZ, Goltes submitted a California court petition demanding child support and legal fees from Doncic. However, she hasn’t requested custody, which opens the door for fights where both parents could make rival claims in different courts.

Doncic reportedly had no clue about Goltes filing a petition, and as per ESPN, he said, “I love my daughters more than anything and I’ve been doing everything I can for them to be with me in the US during the season, but that hasn’t been possible, so I recently made the tough decision to end my engagement.” Luka also added, “Everything I do is for my daughters’ happiness and I will always fight to be with them and give them the best life I can.”

The news of the petition seems to have hit Doncic like Marcus rammed into Bill Maher, but he’s looking forward to getting his daughters back to the US. Anamaria’s relationship with the NBA star goes way back to their childhood days. They first met at the age of 12 during a seaside vacation in Croatia. Since then, they have known each other, but they didn’t start dating until Luka was about 17.
