Paving the Way is one of the new quests in the Cold Snap update for ARC Raiders.
For this quest, Apollo wants you to find data that might be crucial to reinforcing structures. After all, an entire sector collapsed in a fairly unprecedented way… and we don’t really want that happening again, do we?
In this quick guide, we’ll tell you how to easily complete this quest to get Apollo his data.
Paving the Way Quest Guide
This one is a bit unique in that it only tells you to go to “any ENELICA building”, without specifying. An easy one for this quest is the Pipeline Tower in the Dam Battlegrounds map, marked on the map above.
Once you reach the Pipeline Tower, you’ll want to take the zipline up. Then, turn to your left to find an interactable notice board. Interact with it to investigate it and you’ll complete the first step of this quest.
Again, though, you don’t need to go to this specific building for this quest. Any other ENELICA building will do. But that also means that the location of the notice board will be different for each building! Nonetheless, at least now you know what to look out for.
Anyway, with that done, you’ll need to go to the Piazza Roma area in the Buried City map. More specifically, you’ll need to enter the southwestern building there, as shown above.
Once you reach the building, you just need to take the stairs up to the rooftop. That should mark the “reach the top floor above the Convinio” objective as completed.
After the objective pops as completed, take one flight of stairs down from the rooftop and enter the researcher’s apartment. Interact with the terminals in the apartment to complete the final objective for this quest. All that’s left now is to extract and report your findings, as usual!
