Blood Leaves are one of the ingredients for Healing Potions in Hytale, so you’ll want to get quite a few of them.
Thankfully, they are not actually rare. You can easily find them, even very early into the game! However, they do have limited spawn locations, so it’s important to know where to look for them.
In this quick guide, I’ll tell you how to easily get Blood Leaves and where.
Where to Find Blood Leaves in Hytale
You can find Blood Leaves most commonly within the swamp biome of the Emerald Grove region. This is the area shown on the map in the screenshot above, as an example.
You can tell it apart on the map by its darker and desaturated green color. It really stands out from the other parts of the Emerald Grove, which are a lot brighter!
In this region, the Blood Leaves are just on the ground. They are decently common, but you might need to explore a bit until you see them.
Alternatively, you can also find Blood Leaves within the Whisperfrost Frontiers region. This is a snowy region you reach later in the game.
More specifically, look for the Shale outcrops in the Everfrost biome. You can usually find a few Blood Leaves sticking out of the Shale outcrops. Outcrop on an outcrop, basically!
To make the Blood Leaves even easier to spot, you can also try looking for them at night. They glow in the dark, emitting an eerie (but very helpful!) red light. It’s almost impossible to miss them at that point.
That’s really all you need to know to find Blood Leaves in Hytale. To summarize, look for them in the swamps of the Emerald Grove and the shale outcrops of the Whisperfrost Frontiers.
